I am currently pursuing a Masters of Violin Performance and Pedagogy at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN). This summer, I'll be attending the Tuckamore Chamber Music Festival, which is held on MUN's campus!
"If You Can't Play It, You Can't Teach It"
I had the pleasure and good fortune to study with Dr. Harvey Thurmer during my undergraduate studies at Miami University. One of the most powerful lessons he instilled in me was the notion that in order to teach well, one must perform well. I strive to both perform and teach to the highest degree, so as to be the best possible role model that I can be for my students.
